The lime Trees After School Club letter

Dear Parents and carers,

We are delighted to announce that from September 2nd The Lime Trees will be working in partnership with both Pinewood Infants and Foundation Unit and Killisick Junior School to provide the After School Club provision. The Club will be for foundation children up to year 6 and we will be operating a ‘Walking Bus’ lead by a Teaching Assistant to take children safely from Killisick to Pinewood. The Teaching Assistant will collect all children who are booked to attend the After School club from Killisick. Once collected they will walk the children across to Pinewood where they will be signed in to the After school club by a member of The Lime Trees team. Parents can then collect the children from the school hall before 5.45pm.

In addition to the After School Club provision we are pleased to confirm the new addition of our holiday club ‘The Academy’ which will run during school holidays from Robert Mellors Primary School, please refer to the flyer attached for more information.

We provide a flexible service that is now live where you can book the sessions that work best for you through our online booking system located on our website www.thelimetrees.co.uk. You will need to register your child/children before making a booking, which will be open from the 22nd of July.
