Level 4 Sports Apprentice - 18 Months Placement

Pinewood Infant School are seeking to appoint enthusiastic & self-motivated Apprentice to lead and assist delivery of physical activity opportunities for children in primary and secondary schools. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and committed Sport apprentice to join our team working throughout the school. The Successful applicant must have a passion for sport and physical activity, a love for working with children and a commitment to raising aspirations.


Working in schools you will champion physical activity, sport and health, will organise and lead safe and enjoyable activities at playtimes, lunchtimes, after school and support teachers to deliver PE lessons using the skills you have developed.

At Pinewood we are passionate about early education and we have an exceptional team of staff who work together incredibly well to provide a high standard of education for our children.

We are a 2 form entry Infant school and we also have a school nursery where children join us at 3 years old. Our school environment is exceptional and so is the education we provide. We are a school that exudes warmth, care and compassion and we strive for excellence, never standing still. There is plenty of uuummph! Our site is a really special place for children to play, interact and explore – we have a large outdoor EYFS play area, a mix of playground and grass/woodland, growing areas, outdoor classroom areas and even a double decker library bus for all our year groups to enjoy!
