Our Pinewood Promise

During your time at Pinewood we want you to be happy, have fun and learn lots so that you are ready for the next part of your educational journey and to be ‘junior school ready’. We also want to ensure that we provide you with certain experiences along the way to help you learn and grow, loving life and being enthused and caring towards others.

We live in an amazing world that we need to cherish and take care of as we grow up and experience lots of different things so we know what excites us as individuals. Our promise to you during your time with us is that you will experience the following and fill up your Pinewood rucksack with amazing experiences to help you continue as enthusiastic and inquisitive explorers through the next part of your educational journey!

During your time at Pinewood you will have an opportunity to:

• Adopt an animal to help preserve endangered species
• Eat lunch in school with a loved one
• Care for an animal
• Find creatures in a pond
• Work with a local artist
• Display your work in an art exhibition
• Watch a theatre production/pantomime
• Visit Pinewood Goose Fair
• Have a water fight!
• Listen to a live musician playing music
• Go on a residential for a sleep over
• Visit a farm or wildlife park
• Grow a plant or a vegetable
• Attend an after school extra-curricular club
• Perform in a ‘Pinewood Studio’s Production’
• Make something out of recycled material
• Have a walk in the woods
• Bake something nice for your family
• Do something good for the local community
