Fundraising
We are always finding exciting and fun ways to raise money for school and different charities. Mrs Anthony and Mrs Holmes are our school event coordinators. They meet with Ms Otter and the school council each term to decide which charities we are going to support. We discuss ways to raise money and vote on them. We aimed to raise enough money for one toilet.... we ended up with enough for three!
Thank you so much for helping us support Sports Relief by dressing in your red sports kits and donating towards really good causes We had great fun running our mile around the school grounds and doing warm up exercises with Matt, out P.E. coach. The KIttens class were cheering all the other classes on as they ran through their gate.
Thank you again for your continued support, helping us raise money for Children in Need. We had great fun doing the Joe Wicks 'Big Move' live first thing in the morning, it really got our hearts pumping helping us get ready for the day ahead. We also watched a video to show us how the money raised is spent to help people less fortunate than ourselves.
Thank you for your continued support we have managed to raise £341.55. We are donating £200 to MacMillan and £141.55 to Blue Cross for Pets. There were lots of scrummy cakes and thank you for all your donations.
A huge thank you for the great donation of “Lucy Drucey the Llama” which we raffled off at MacMillan on Friday afternoon. The winning family enjoyed eating over the weekend!
