I am Deputy at Pinewood and I am the Family Senco for 3 different families of schools. I have been a deputy head at another local school before coming to Pinewood and joined here 4 years ago. I am glad I did as I love working with Pinewood children and their families. I live nearby so know the local community well and know that the families and staff work together to make the school the wonderful place it is . I  too have children of my own, one at university, one at college and a little one who is yet to start school. I have not always been a teacher. I decided to change careers after working in a bank - I have certainly found my niche!
